CHANGE YOUR GAME; CHANGE YOUR LIFE
WHAT IS SELECT ‘N’ START
Select ‘n’ Start is composed very simply of three elements: understanding the game of life, making the best possible choices, and taking action to bring those choices from the mind into reality. To bring about this understanding, decision making, and action taking the Select ‘n’ Start team offers a number of keynote speeches, each unique to the presenter; several life skill development workshops, as well as one-on-one coaching and guidance.
Our Mission:
To create an infinite number of spaces; physically, virtually, and mentally; that allow individuals to maximize their potential.
THE GAME OF LIFE
Every day we get up and choose who we are going to be today, what clothes we’re going to put on, how we are going to style our hair, what we’re going to take on the road with us and where are we going. In an essence we decide which character we’re going to be today. We decide whether we are going to be the non-playable character, that sprite that simply follows the
rules and codes, has few options, and doesn’t react when bad stuff happens to us. Or we can decide to be the hero, to face the odds, level up, and save the day. That’s the game of life my friend, now it’s time to get up and pick your character.
THE CHOICES WE MAKE
Often life seems to just happen, things pop out of thin air to throw us off our path to being the best person we can be. Now while there are elements outside of our control, such as a meteor falling from space, there is more inside of our control than we think. What time do we wake up or go to bed, what do we do with our down time, the route we travel, the people we interact with, the foods we eat, the places we go…Starting to see the picture, the life we reflect on is very often the life we decided on. Let’s decide to live a fulfilling one, that we would have no problem living over and over.
THE ACTIONS WE TAKE
Action is the fuel of life. It’s what takes you where you want to go and keeps you there. However action seems out of our reach at times, very often it seems that taking action is as impossible as sprouting wings from our backs and soaring the skies. But that’s exactly what action is. After you have made a decision you have to take action to make that decision a reality. Every man made thing in this world was first an idea or dream, then it became a decision, but it only came to life when there was action applied to it. So why not start applying
action to your life, sprout your wings and take flight, fly towards making your dreams a reality.

KEYNOTE SPEECHES
Select ‘n’ Start offers a variety of workshops and coaching in order to empower individuals with the skills necessary to achieve all that life has to offer. All of our workshops stem from the 10 class “Level Up Program”. The “Level Up Program” is an in-depth series aimed at providing an understanding to the “Success Equation” and “Risk Equation” as well as the steps to fully utilize each variable in these equations. Most workshops tend to last anywhere from 90 mins to 120 minutes.
These same workshops can be implemented through one on one coaching that allows us to work directly with an individual. This provides more care and detail so that tailored solutions can be derived from our intimate understanding of the individual’s background and direction.
