As a Certified Life Mastery Coach and Motivational Speaker, Winroy Williams specializes in helping individuals and organizations realize their desired results. He helps them get unstuck, build their dreams, accelerate their desired results and create richer and more fulfilling lives. As author of “Dawn On My Mind”, an inspiring collection of poems, Winroy aims to help people reaffirm their purpose for living. Winroy holds three degrees from the University of the West Indies. Using intention as an empowerment practice and incorporating possibility thinking you will certainly experience quantum breakthrough once you take action.
2. MANIFESTATION
You will be awakened to the truth that you have been given the capacity to do great things. With this knowing you will amplify your life and live from a greater capacity by design rather than by default. You will also learn to recognize your basic stages of awareness and how to use “the manifestation power tool” when you find your thinking shifting to difficulties and problems. You will come away knowing how to turn down the noise of your doubts and fears and how to turn up the music of your dreams and aspirations. Using powerful stories I will show you how to feed your faith and starve your fear. Ultimately, you will become a grateful master manifestor who understands that the frequency with which you manifest anything into life has everything to do with your attitude of gratitude.
3. TRANSFORMATION
You will experience transformation when you get in harmony with how the Universe works. Working in a state of harmony you can set your vibration and align with your vision. When you think and act a certain way it is as if you are using your mind as the magnet to become the vibrational match for the transformation you want to create. You will learn the difference between your potential and your capacity. You will also learn the steps you can take to expand your consciousness and build your capacity for transformation. One truth you will realize is that you don’t attract what you want, instead you attract who you are. The ultimate outcome you will realize will be a changed life, all because of your changed thinking.
4. MANAGING FEAR
You will recognize that fear is created by your own thoughts. Just as how you invite fear into your thinking, you can escort it out. The moment you recognize that fear is nothing but noise and that you have the knob to turn down or mute that noise, will be the same moment you will recognize that you have the power to turn up the music of your dreams. You will learn the very best way to manage fear, which is simply to face it and make it your friend. You will also recognize that it is okay to have fear but never okay to let fear have you. Ultimately, you will become aware that fear appears bigger only when you appear smaller. You will complete this teaching with a new outlook to fear – Feeling Excited And Ready!
